If you are my client, and you feel you are in a crisis and need support, you may contact me at my listed phone number. You may need to leave a voice message as I am often unavailable due to conducting sessions with other clients. I will return your call within one business day if at all possible, but I cannot promise I will be able to return your call immediately, or even before one business day elapses. I do take time off, and will be unavailable during those times.

If your concerns are such that you need to speak to someone immediately, call the Crisis Resource Center (520-622-6000). They are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
In the event of a life-threatening crisis, such as suicidal thoughts, self-injury, suicide attempt, assault, etc., you can call 911 or go to any local emergency room.
